New update version for Quic 1RU

QuiC 1RU has an updated version. This can easily be performed by the user (attached instruction) and does not require a Harris support engineer visit.
All current QuiC Customers can download this new update from the Support website. Version 1.84 has a number of significant revisions (notably R.128 Loudness Correction and *analysis only* audio support for Dolby.
 The key new features are:
1. Dolby-E support for GXF and MXF.
2. EBU R128 and A/85 Loudness compliant.
3. Multiple files with the same name are now supported.
4. New advanced profile filter system implemented. Outside of the normal picture type filtering we now support; file name, file date and time, video encoding type, audio encoding type, wrapper (container) type, and file duration filtering.
5. FTP Support added for LXF(non-Nexio), MXF, and GXF.
6. Mixed workflows are now supported. (1 Nexio Mediabase and any number of file-based locations at the same time.)
