New Pablo – a revolution in choice

Η Quantel λανσάρισε το νέο Pablo στην Έκθεση NAB 2012. Το νέο Pablo αποτελεί ένα υψηλής τεχνολογίας σύστημα λογισμικού color και finishing που τρέχει σε standard COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) hardware. Το νέο Pablo ξεκινάει μία επανάσταση για την προσφορά στους πελάτες της ελεύθερης επιλογής ως προς τον τρόπο που αγοράζουν και καθορίζουν το σύστημα τους. Το νέο Pablo είναι πανίσχυρο, πλήρως επιλέξιμο, σχεδιασμένο για την ενσωμάτωση σε σημερινά Stereo3D και υψηλής frame-rate post εγκαταστάσεις.

Στις επιλογές του Pablo περιλαμβάνονται:
•Μόνον-λογισμικού ή turnkey σύστημα με διάφορα configurations
•Αρχιτεκτονική αποθήκευσης – τοπική, SAN, NAS ή συνδυασμός
•Αριθμός των GPUs
•Video i/o ή δίκτυο
•Neo, το νέο Neo Nano, ή no color control panel

Όλα τα configurations του νέου Pablo περιλαμβάνουν το υψηλής τεχνολογίας σετ εργαλείων color και finishing Pablo 2D και S3D, το πιο αποτελεσματικό στη βιομηχανία. Ακόμη, υποστηρίζει ACES και RED HDRx μαζί με ARRI, Canon και F65, με όλες τις υψηλές frame-rates.

Το νέο Pablo χρησιμοποιεί την τελευταία τεχνολογία nVidia Maximus multi-GPU για την παροχή εξαιρετικής διαδραστικής απόδοσης. Ως παράδειγμα αναφέρουμε ότι το νέο Pablo επιδείχθηκε στο Περίπτερο της Quantel να εργάζεται διαδραστικά με αρχεία RED EPIC 5K στα 48fps σε Stereo3D.

Ακόμη, στην NAB, μαζί με το νέο Pablo, λανσαρίστηκε το compact color panel Neo Nano, το οποίο είναι ιδανικό για εφαρμογές εκτός της βασικής σουίτας. Το Neo Nano υποστηρίζεται από τον broadcast craft editor Qube της Quantel.

All configurations of new Pablo include the high-end Pablo 2D and S3D color and finishing toolset – the most comprehensive in the industry. It also supports ACES and RED HDRx alongside ARRI, Canon and F65 – and high frame-rates too. Νew Pablo uses the latest nVidia Maximus multi-GPU technology to deliver blistering interactive performance. For example, new Pablo was demonstrated on the Quantel booth working interactively with RED EPIC 5K files at 48fps in Stereo3D.

Also introduced at NAB with the new Pablo is the Neo Nano compact color panel, ideal for applications outside the main suite. Neo Nano is also supported by Quantel’s Qube broadcast craft editor.
